i was thinking of a monk/necro build, divine favour,death,smite,and healing,is that a good choice? or necro /monk????

For PvE, I'm guessing you will be using Minions to fight for you while healing them to keep them alive. For PvP, you would switch to blood and use offering. Yes, the combination is viable.

Necro/Monk or Monk/Necro? and i have found out
that the minions have health degeneration that increases over time,so i prob. wont be healing them much,but thats a good idea.And i wasn't thinking about healing ^^'

Depends on if you have points for divine favor or not. Since you probably won't and you'll be constantly mistaken for a healer monk you should go necro/mo. Necro also gets you better armor.
